Falcon Electric March General Statement on Corona Virus (COVID-19)

Due to the rising concerns surrounding the Corona Virus outbreak, we deemed it appropriate to make a statement regarding the stance that we are having to take to keep our staff and customers safe. We are urging customers to place any urgent orders ASAP to avoid further delays as supply chain issues are becoming more apparent, in some cases delays of 4+ weeks can be expected.

For the time being all collection options have been postponed both in-house and through our website as we take steps to safeguard employee’s well being by limiting external contact.

All products currently in stock will not be effected by delays, however longevity of stock cannot be guaranteed as we are already seeing higher demand for certain product lines.

Current delays we are aware of

  • Shipments to Italy have been delayed for the foreseeable future
  • Chance of major delays to all other European countries
  • Customer visits to be re-organised for a later date
  • Removal of collection options for orders
